Art. 28 c. 1 – Pubblicità dei rendiconti dei gruppi consiliari regionali e provinciali
1. Le regioni, le province autonome di Trento e Bolzano e le province pubblicano i rendiconti di cui all’articolo 1, comma 10, del decreto-legge 10 ottobre 2012, n. 174, convertito, con modificazioni, dalla legge 7 dicembre 2012, n. 213, dei gruppi consiliari regionali e provinciali, con evidenza delle risorse trasferite o assegnate a ciascun gruppo, con indicazione del titolo di trasferimento e dell’impiego delle risorse utilizzate. Sono altresì pubblicati gli atti e le relazioni degli organi di controllo.
